The Modern Legacy of Order
For five months, OSİRİS re-optimized ORTEC's actual dispatch plans on the very same orders — and solved them cheaper, with fewer vehicles, every single month. Not a projection; proof from reconciliation data.

Monthly Comparison
Every month the same real orders were planned twice: once by ORTEC (actual dispatch), once by OSİRİS. In five months out of five, OSİRİS's invoice came out lower.
Where's the Leverage?
On the fresh chain the two systems are neck-and-neck — so OSİRİS is safe there too. The real difference is smarter consolidation of high-volume dry distribution. That means knowing exactly where the advantage comes from — not magic, but measurable engineering.
10,030,984 ₺ → ORTEC 10,471,702 ₺ · −4.2%. The main source of total savings.
5,821,541 ₺ → ORTEC 5,861,779 ₺ · −0.7%. Effectively break-even — no risk.
Annual Impact
A conservative annual projection of the validated monthly gap (2.4× factor). Not just the invoice; fewer kilometers, less fuel, lower emissions.
Assumptions: 30 L/100km fleet consumption · 48 ₺/L diesel · 2.64 kg CO₂/L · 2.4× annual factor. Fuel/CO₂ from distance reduction only; freight is the real tariff-based difference.
Why It's Credible
Same tariff brackets, same stores, same doorway restrictions. The pricing engine was validated line by line against ORTEC's own brackets — an exact match in most months.
To keep the comparison honest, ORTEC's inter-depot and semi-truck (TIR) trips were excluded — these are a different transport type outside OSİRİS's scope. So the gap shown is the cost of the exact same work; not inflated.
The engine is deterministic: the same data always produces the same plan. Results are reproducible and auditable.
Under the Hood
No straight-line guesses; real kilometers and routes over the Antalya road network via OSRM. The invoice matches real distance.
Google OR-Tools VRP; store doorway limits, vehicle capacities, east/west zoning, and dry/fresh chains are each solved separately.
The output isn't a 'score'; it's real freight cost in TRY by vehicle type and km bracket. It speaks ORTEC's language.
A validated engine, an honest evidence file, and a measurable advantage. This is OSİRİS.
